ADA Accessibility

Magic Mountain is a vast natural site with various types of terrain. This includes dirt roads, slightly improved footpaths, and grassy fields. The festival site is reasonably flat with a few small rolling hills. The distance between parking areas and entertainment/vending/services areas vary with each event, but usually will not exceed 300 yards, with a maximum elevation change of 30 feet. Magic Mountain’s event grounds stretch up 10 acres to date and continue to expand yearly. As with any outdoor setting, rain and sun can impact the conditions, and make event grounds muddy or dusty. As Magic Mountain provides only the grounds upon which the magic happens, we cannot represent the inclusion or exclusion of other accessibility features of a specific event. For commercialized events, we suggest you contact the event promoters or entertainment companies hosting the event of interest to understand whether a specific accessibility feature will be provided at the event. Guests with mobility disabilities are welcome to use motorized wheelchairs and three- or four-wheeled scooters on Magic Mountain. Use caution and good judgment when traveling with a mobility device on the mountain to maintain your and other guests’ safety. For safety reasons, guests may NOT use personal golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, or two-wheeled scooters or motorbikes.

Lost & Found

The Admission tent is the place where all lost items end up.  Please visit their booth to check whether your lost item was found, or to turn in a lost item. After the event, you can check the Magic Mountain Event Center LLC Facebook page for items left behind – but please do so promptly. The post-festival lost and found donates lost items to charity if they are not claimed within a month of the event.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals are permitted throughout the festival grounds; however, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials and allowed within the venue footprint.

Our environment can be loud, and is not recommended for the wellbeing of animals. However, if it is truly necessary to bring a service animal, the following guidelines must be abided:

All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.

Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.

Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for, and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.

All animals should have legally required vaccinations.

Amenity Availability

There will be ice cold spring drinking water stations available around the clock. Ice is sold on site daily during multi day events. We have the ability to maintain two community fires that will burn around the clock. There are private fire ring rentals available while supplies last. There is unlimited firewood available for sale on site. We have a one stall (may fit 3-4 users at a time) private outdoor shower at this time with plans for a shower house in the near future.

RVs

With the exception of specific rules and regulations created by third party event hosts, RVs are permitted on the premises. There are no utility hookups available at this time.
